Kelly Rota is an Italian-American freelance writer and copyeditor who enjoys writing bizarre and labyrinthine short fiction inspired by the literary styles of her favorite authors: Borges, Calvino, and Murakami. She was Editor-in-chief of San Francisco State University’s Transfer Magazine, where she double majored in Creative Writing and Comparative World Literature. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Publishing and Writing at Emerson College with the goal of becoming a literary agent.
